The Kumpania trains readers, certifies them in the Chaya Method, and lists them in the house directory. Membership is by application, and the founding circle is small because Chaya trains every reader in it personally.
How it works
Three steps, in order. Each one is earned before the next.
1 · Train
The Reader's Track: Chaya's method taught in full, written and recorded, self-paced. You practice on real briefs and get personal written correction on your readings. No calls, no webinars, no group Zooms. The house works in writing, and so will you.
2 · Certify
Assessed sample readings, reviewed against the house standard, and the code of ethics, signed. Not everyone passes, and that is the point. The badge means something because it can be failed, and because it can be taken back.
3 · Be listed
Your page in the house directory: your real name, your face, your specialty, your prices, and a direct line to book you. Clients deal with you, not with a queue. The listing renews monthly and you can end it whenever you like.
Your name, your clients, or a cut.
You read as yourself, not as a brand's employee. Your clients are yours, your prices are yours, and you keep every dollar of your readings. The house charges for what the house provides: the training, the certification, and the listing. Nothing else, ever.
Nothing is paid at application. If the house accepts you, the full terms come to you in writing first, and you decide with everything in front of you.
What we will never tell you
We will never tell you what you'll earn. Reading is a craft and a practice, not a salary, and anyone who promises you an income from it is someone to walk away from. The Kumpania sells training, certification, and a listing. What you build on them is yours, and it is yours to build.
Who the house is looking for
Readers who already work, on Etsy, on Instagram or TikTok, in person, or quietly for everyone who keeps asking. Readers who want a standard to be held to and a house name that means something beside their own. And some who have never charged a dollar but carry the gift and the seriousness to train it. Plain answers
- Do I give up my name? Never. Your name and face are the listing. That is the whole idea.
- Does the house take a share of my readings? No. The listing fee is flat and the commission is zero.
- Is this a job or a franchise? Neither. You run your own independent practice. The house trains, certifies, and lists you.
- Where do clients book? Directly with you. Your directory page points to you, not to a house checkout.
- Can I leave? Any time. The listing is monthly, and the training is yours to keep.
- Will anyone phone me? No. Everything, from application to certification, happens in writing.
