The method

Chaya reads in writing: full pages, plain language, specific to the person in front of her. The method she teaches is the discipline behind that. How to sit with a question before touching it. How to tell the difference between what you perceive and what you assume. How to write what you see so the person can actually use it, in words that are warm without being vague and honest without being cruel.

It is a craft, and it is taught like one: instruction, practice, correction, and assessment, all in writing. The house works in writing, always.

The code of ethics

Every certified reader signs this code, and every listing in the house depends on keeping it:

1. We never predict death, diagnose illness, or replace medical, legal, or financial professionals. A client asking about those is guided to the right door, gently.
2. We never sell fear. No curses discovered mid-reading, no disasters that only another purchase can prevent. That trick built the industry's reputation, and this house exists to bury it.
3. We never promise outcomes. A reading shows the road as we see it. The client walks it.
4. Prices are flat and stated up front. No per-minute meters, no clock running while someone types slowly.
5. Readings are delivered in writing, so the client keeps every word and can hold us to it.
6. What a client shares stays between them and their reader.
7. We read for adults who come freely. We decline work meant to control, surveil, or harm another person.
8. When nothing comes, we say so and make it right. Silence dressed up as insight is a lie.

What certification requires

Certification is earned, never bought. A reader certifies in the Chaya Method by completing the training, passing assessed sample readings reviewed against the house standard, and signing the code of ethics. The assessment looks at accuracy of craft, quality of writing, and conduct. Not everyone passes, and the certificate says so plainly.

Certification is also kept, not just earned. A reader who breaks the code loses the certification and the listing that comes with it. The badge means something because the house is willing to take it back.

Why named readers

Anonymity is where bad readings hide. When your real name and face sit beside your work, every reading you send is a promise you have to keep. That is the whole architecture of trust in this house, and it is why we will always be a family portrait, never a grid.
